We Listen & Envision, progressively lending our ideas, observations, and sensibilities to the core intent through the use of various descriptive vehicles.

CCD is currently working with local firms and individuals performing architectural services for projects that need a quick turnaround.  We are set up to consult and deliver remotely or locally as the need demands. 

We specialize in projects calling for architectural design, construction drawings, development material, and visualization.

Recent projects include: development work for a Food Pantry at Hebrew Union College, design and visualization for the Form Based Code Charrette held by the City of Cincinnati Department of Planning and Buildings, coordination and production of a 4’ x 4’ scale model utilizing rapid prototyping technology, and the design and development of material for the fundraising campaign of Clark Montessori High School.
